How do I cancel a car parking booking ?

How do I obtain a refund for a cancellation or change of car parking ?

How close is the car parking to my terminal ?

  • Each parking product has a map attached which shows the parking in conjunction with the airport, Flybe has ensured that all car parking is onsite only but times will vary depending on the product you have selected.

 

What do I do upon arrival at the airport?

  • Your booking confirmation will inform you of the arrangements you need to follow at each airport.

 

Is my car safe ?

  • Each airport has its own security arrangements, Flybe has ensured that all car parking is onsite only.  Car parking is at the vehicles owner's own risk, subject to the Terms and Conditions of the car park you have chosen.

 

What happens if we have to use a different car to the one booked in for car parking?

  • If you need to take a different car to the one you have originally booked, this is not a problem. You can amend your booking online at parking.flybe.com.

 

What if my flight is delayed and I go over my pre-booked parking period?

  • Please contact the airport directly - the airport may charge you an additional parking fee

 

Do I have a separate parking reference number to my flight booking reference?

  • If you want to manage your booking please use the reference provided to you when you purchased your parking on either www.flybe.com or parking.flybe.com
